AUDITORIUM
The Maryfield Auditorium-1946.
The first hall in the community was upstairs in the N.I. Dingman over McGreevy' general store.  In 1910, Wilbert Anderson and J.E. Pickering erected the first building that was at least in part intended as a public hall, on lot 7, block 6, opposite the present Swallow Bros. garage.  The Auditorium was officially opened Thursday, August 3, in the late 30's.  (Page 358)

The Auditorium stands proud today actually recieving a second face-lift this year 2004 to add a large addition and make it wheelchair accessible
